Proficiency in building agentic systems and a strong command of modern ML frameworks.
Bachelor's degree with exceptional hands-on experience, or a recently completed PhD or Master's in machine learning, AI, robotics, RL pipelines, multimodal models, or a related field.
Deep understanding of agent orchestration, planning, and reasoning architectures.
Hands-on experience with multimodal models, long-horizon agents, or real-world AI automation systems.
Strong fundamentals in experimentation, rapid iteration, and shipping research to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design planning and reasoning architectures for long-horizon computer-use agents.
Train multimodal models that understand UI layouts, screenshots, and DOM structures.
Build fast action-selection systems that operate across messy, real-world software.
Improve reliability, latency, and robustness of deployed agents.
Run experiments and rapidly ship improvements to production.
Move quickly from idea to experiment to deployment within tight iteration cycles.
