We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build real-world demand forecasting systems that directly impact manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain decisions.
This is not just a modeling role — you’ll be solving messy, real-world data problems and turning them into business-critical decisions.
- Build end-to-end demand forecasting systems using multi-retailer data
- Handle messy, incomplete, and inconsistent datasets
- Develop models across SKU / store / region hierarchies
- Work on:
- Time series forecasting (ARIMA, ETS)
- ML models (XGBoost, LightGBM)
- Deep learning (LSTM, TFT – plus)
- Translate forecasts into:
- Inventory recommendations
- Production planning insights
What we are looking for :
- Strong experience in time series forecasting
- Background in Retail / CPG / Supply Chain analytics
- Hands-on with Python + ML frameworks
- Experience building production-grade ML pipelines
- Ability to work with imperfect / real-world data
