You'll collaborate with managers on performance, talent, and rewards, and support their growth in their roles. Your contributions have a lasting impact on the company, consistently adding value. Additionally, you'll closely collaborate with other colleagues within HR and recruitment. To support our rapid growth, you'll help managers build high-performing teams ready for the organization's future needs. You'll partner with the leadership team to identify individual and team development needs and provide guidance, all in a professional yet approachable manner. You'll report to the Head of HR and Office and join the HR team that currently consists of a Recruiter and an HR Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being a trusted advisor for team leaders/managers, knowing the business well and providing valuable insights and guidance;
  • You'll encourage team leaders and managers to think critically and provide guidance during complex personnel challenges, guiding them through these situations effectively;
  • Being a bridge between the business and the HR areas of expertise so that the needs of the business and trends are translated into HR solutions;
  • Steering performance reviews cycles making use of HiBob's performance tooling and being its gatekeeper, to assure the quality in the development of our Robins.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in similar role;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch labor law;
  • Experience professionalizing an HR department and being a change agent;
  • Experience in Learning & Development is a plus;
  • Experience in building organizations and teams is a plus.
