A company is looking for an HRIS Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Research and correct employee job data to ensure data integrity and eliminate errors
Run queries and perform audits to support compliance and process job updates using HRIS (Workday)
Respond to escalated cases from Employee Services regarding employee data changes or errors
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources position, preferably managing HR data within HRIS (Workday)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with data corrections and reviewing configurations in HRIS
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing support
Strong analytical skills to assess data and recommend solutions
