Position: Hybrid Financial Analyst Role

Fidelity Canada is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team in a hybrid work setting. Deliver insights through financial analysis while supporting vital business initiatives.

In this full-time position, you will focus on budgeting, management reporting, and pricing analysis. Collaborating with various business units, your work will enhance financial transparency and provide critical assessments for strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills will help identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial and economic analysis under supervision
  • Create and manage reporting frameworks and scorecards
  • Deliver management reports reflecting financial success
  • Support budget cycle and forecasting efforts
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in business or finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial roles
  • Preferred knowledge in Financial Services
  • CPA or CFA qualification progress
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
