• Qualifications Needed**:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a high school diploma or GED; 3 years with an associate degree.
• Proficiency in electrical maintenance and repair, with a focus on process control.
• Experience with PLCs, particularly Siemens or Allen Bradley.
• Knowledge of NEC & electrical distribution.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
