Detailed Job Description:
- Oversee implementation and governance of IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
- Act as the primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
- Deliver clear executive-level status reporting, including dashboards that highlight project health, KPIs, risks, and achievements.
- Drive smooth handover from project delivery to steady-state operations.
- Implement best practices, documentation standards, and repeatable processes that elevate IAM program maturity.
