Job Description

Are you passionate about trading systems, automation, and IT support? We are seeking a skilled and proactive IAS Analyst to ensure the seamless operation of our trading applications and infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee the functionality and performance of trading applications and system environments.
  • Provide second-level support by troubleshooting incidents and escalated requests from the business.
  • Manage installation requests from QA and Development teams, including bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements, in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Configure and build trading applications with all necessary third-party tools in staging and production environments.
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell, Perl, PowerShell, and SQL to streamline installation, monitoring, and data collection processes.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and known issue remedies.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls to discuss production issues, scheduled changes, and upcoming projects.
  • Manage change requests through the full change lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Handle ticket queues, contribute to incident management, and resolve application issues within the incident lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio).
  • Familiarity with networking tools (e.g., SSH, SFTP, traceroute).
  • Expertise in Shell scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Perl).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL support processes, including Change, Incident, Request, and Problem Management.
  • Proven track record in monitoring and observability tooling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in deploying software and writing functional procedures.

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, TFS, Jenkins.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Additional experience with SQL and database management is a plus.
