Selby Jennings is partnering with a Boutique Investment Bank specializing in film and entertainment to bring an Analyst to Senior Associate to their team in Los Angeles or New York. Their platform boasts a back track record completing more than 100+ transactions, building a strong reputation in the entertainment sector. Ideal candidates are current Analyst or Investment Banking Associates that have experience or strong interest in entertainment M&A transactions, and interested in a platform offering strong deal flow, competitive compensation, upward mobility, and strong work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support sell-side and buyside M&A processes for entertainment companies.Build and maintain complex financial models.Prepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and other client materials.Conduct industry research, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments.Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with clients, investors, and internal team members. Qualifications:1-5+ years of investment banking experience, ideally in entertainment coverage or M&A.Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to senior film executives.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.FINRA Series 79 License and Series 63 License or the ability to obtain both If there's interest, don't hesitate to apply!
