ABOUT REBAR

Rebar is building the next-generation operating system for commercial HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing suppliers and subcontractors. Our V1 quoting product has scaled to 500+ quotes per day and we've doubled our annual recurring revenue in the first six weeks of 2026. Fresh off our $14M Series A (funded by the world’s best construction-tech investors), we’re entering our next phase of growth and are building out our Client Success team.

You’ll work directly with the Client Success (CS), Product, and Sales teams to support clients and build the systems that will define Rebar’s CS motion. We’re transforming the $250B HVAC industry with AI-native software—an industry still largely untouched by modern tools. This is your chance to get in early.

Our first product is live and scaling fast. To keep delivering the exceptional support that got us here, we need an Implementation Manager to own Client onboarding, training, and early-stage success. You’ll work to build the playbook that powers Rebar’s customer experience. We’re tackling a $250B industry that’s barely digitized—this is your chance to get in at ground level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own In-Person Onboardings: run kickoff sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings
  • Build Repeatable Processes: create playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: gather feedback on-site (up to 50% travel) and feed it straight to the Founders
  • Troubleshoot in Real Time: clear adoption blockers and keep implementations on track
  • Collaborate with Founders, Sales, and Engineering to surface insights, champion the client perspective, and influence the product roadmap
  • Help to maintain the client management section of our CRM and ticketing/messaging systems supporting inbound questions via email, live messaging, video calls, and tickets, ensuring fast, accurate, and tactical responses
  • Create and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, including workflows, FAQs, and best practices grounded in real construction and HVAC use cases
  • Help develop product demos, training materials, and short tutorials that make complex features easy to understand and adopt for technical and non-technical users

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design)
  • HVAC industry familiarity (required)
  • Project-management chops: you thrive building processes from scratch and hitting deadlines
  • Top-notch communication: you simplify technical concepts for any audience
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of each month)

Bonus:

  • Experience creating training content (videos, docs, workshops)
  • Proven track record of in-person rollouts and trainings

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 2 Weeks

  • Develop foundational knowledge of the product, platform, and core workflows
  • Shadow client calls and participate in on-site kickoffs to understand implementation approach
  • Gain familiarity with client use cases, operational processes, and success metrics

First 30 Days

  • Independently manage day-to-day digital client communications and resolve common support questions
  • Confidently demo core product features and present value-driven solutions to clients

First 60 Days

  • Lead new client onboarding engagements, owning the full implementation lifecycle from Sales handoff through on-site kickoff
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive client growth, engagement, and long-term adoption
  • Act as a trusted client resource for product best practices and implementation guidance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $110K-$130K based on experience
  • Equity: meaningful grant, aligned with your background
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision
  • Perks: free lunches and dinners
