Profile we are looking for

• Significant experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Private Equity; or executive leadership (CEO, MD, or Senior Partner) with a strong sector focus.
• An established professional network in the Florida business ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close mandates.
• Comfortable operating in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional contexts.
