Industrial Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role located in Newark, NJ. As an Industrial Engineer, the individual will be responsible for analyzing production and manufacturing processes, developing strategies for process improvement, and ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity. The role involves working closely with teams to assess workflows, implement enhancements, and solve operational challenges. The engineer will also provide recommendations and solutions to improve systems and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Process Improvement and workflow optimization
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
