Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Carteret, NJ. The Industrial Engineer will oversee and optimize manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing cost-effective solutions. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall productivity and maintain communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in analyzing data, workflows, and processes with solid Analytical Skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive Process Improvement initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software used for process optimization
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
