Our client is searching for an experienced Industrial Engineering Lead to champion Operations Excellence initiatives. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across various operational functions by applying advanced industrial engineering principles and methodologies. Furthermore, you will mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a remote setting. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and operations improvement, is required.
