Role Summary
- Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) function at our China plant to optimize production systems, enhance productivity and support business growth.
- Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) team at the Chinese factory to optimize production systems, improve productivity, and support the company's business development.
- Balance cost, quality, delivery and safety by driving lean transformation, line design and data?driven continuous improvement.

- Act as a key partner to Operations, R&D, Quality and Commercial teams in RFQ, NPI and mass production phases, ensuring competitive and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute lean manufacturing initiatives (eg Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED) to eliminate waste and optimize material and information flow across the plant.
