Job Description The candidate for this full time onsite position will join the Operations Compliance team in Technical Operations. You will have an opportunity to look at technical and support processes end to end with a view toward meeting all customer/regulatory requirements while leveraging Lean Manufacturing and Mistake Proofing principles for Continuous Improvements. You will be teaming with members of the Technical Operations group along with staff building, testing and inspecting high reliability defense products as well supporting organizations who team to support manufacturing. This will enable you to gain a broad overview of aerospace manufacturing operations.
The candidate for this team will be mentored by senior department members who have a background in Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing and Materials Engineering. The position is ideal for a candidate who has the required educational experience plus exposure to manufacturing from military, prior work experience/internships as well as group project work.
This is a first shift position on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off! The hours can be flexible(7:30am to 5:00pm)

Full-Time Salary Range: $86580 - $147186
