Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Wiper role located in Chandler, AZ. The Industrial Wiper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of industrial machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include maintaining and preparing equipment, performing routine cleaning and wiping tasks, and managing inventory of cleaning materials. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to assess and improve equipment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing equipment needs and performance.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Experience in Training team members on equipment cleaning and maintenance practices.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and operational guidelines.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus.
