Responsibilities:

  • Lead the industrialization of new products, materials, and technologies from R&D into mass production.
  • Act as the primary technical interface between Plant operations and R&D to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
  • Translate R&D requirements into actionable plant activities, including investment planning, capacity readiness, and process capability.
  • Assess plant readiness in terms of equipment, capacity, and technical capability to support upcoming product and technology launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and material optimization (Value Leadership).
  • Support planning and execution of experimental production orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure successful SOP (Start of Production) of new products in alignment with R&D requirements and plant objectives.
  • Lead structured problem-solving activities for industrialization and production challenges using appropriate methodologies.
  • Provide technical support to production on product performance and tire engineering-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain product and process specifications, ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage and supervise industrialization and continuous improvement projects within defined timelines.
  • Promote teamwork and effective task distribution within the plant organization.
  • Ensure implementation of procedures, controls, and compliance with ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrialization, Process Engineering, or R&D.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, international, matrix organization.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated intercultural awareness and teamwork mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
