Role Description

Influencer Analytics Manager

  • Analyze performance of influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversions, ROI, and audience growth
  • Build dashboards and reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and influencer performance
  • Identify high-performing creators and optimize influencer selection using data insights
  • Conduct audience analysis (demographics, behavior, authenticity, fake followers detection)
  • Measure brand impact, sentiment, and campaign attribution
  • Support budget allocation and performance optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and data teams to improve influencer ROI

KOL Strategy Specialist (Key Opinion Leader)

  • Develop and execute influencer/KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Design campaign concepts, collaborations, and content direction
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with KOLs
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency across influencer content
  • Monitor campaign execution and adjust strategies in real time
  • Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy, and platform algorithm changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
  • Experience with influencer platforms/tools (Upfluence, Aspire, CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Understanding of ROI measurement, attribution models, and audience insights
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, fashion, or tech industries preferred
