Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Information Risk Management PM III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 4 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $74 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday;Core Business Hours

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides project support for ITS & BR and maturing key audit standard compliance-related streams
  • Assisting our stakeholders in ensuring compliance with audit standards and controls by collaborating with technology partners to identify and remediate areas of information risk

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of Information Risk Management and/or project management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or ISACA certification candidates preferred but not required
  • Project Management experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results through effective communication skills
  • Experience managing and coordinating project deliverables in a technology landscape, including defining and managing scope, identifying requirements, and implementing deliverables while proactively mitigating project risks and driving issue resolution
  • Experience developing management and stakeholder reporting
  • Being results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience with Information Risk Management and audit standards is desirable, including familiarity with security architecture and controls compliance
  • A foundational understanding of information risk management security principles, concepts, and approaches is also desirable
  • Resiliency and flexibility in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to pivot if requirements change or are further clarified
  • Sufficient technical background
  • Ability to pivot data (Power BI)
  • Attending a global meeting
  • Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.
