Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop predictive deep learning models to assess maternal and partner health using multimodal wearable data and voice biomarkers. You will work within the EMBRACE programme to derive health trajectories and support personalized interventions. You’ll contribute to advancing precision maternal and early childhood care, collaborating with international partners and publishing your findings. Tasks
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in deep learning for healthcare using wearable data
- Breadth/depth of research methods to work within established programmes
- Proficiency in signal processing and anomaly detection for physiological/behavioural data
- Record of high-quality publications and conference contributions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network across teams and external partners
- Ability to write research reports and papers accessible to academic and lay audiences
- Project management skills to plan, implement and deliver programmes to tight deadlines
- PhD candidates awaiting award may be considered at a lower grade during transition
