Job Description:

Shield AI is seeking a design-driven Instructional Design & Multimedia Specialist to support both our Curriculum and Technical Publications teams. In this role, you will help design and develop engaging, high-impact training experiences for both internal and external audiences, combining video, visual storytelling, and digital learning design.

You will own the creation of high-quality visual and video assets used across LMS-based and in-person learning experiences, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and user-friendly content for a diverse range of learners. You will also play a key role in elevating the visual and experiential quality of our training ecosystem through multimedia production, photography, and continuous improvement of learning platforms.
