Job Description

As a I&C Engineer, you will be responsible to deliver instrumentation and control engineering design tasks across FEED and EPC project phases. Works under the direction of a Senior I&C Engineer to produce accurate, compliant deliverables on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Instrument Index, instrument datasheets, and equipment lists

Develop I/O lists, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and interconnection diagrams

Support preparation of cause & effect matrices, control narratives, and P&ID reviews

Assist in technical bid evaluations and review vendor submittals

Coordinate with process, piping, electrical, and safety teams for discipline interfaces

Perform SIL assessments and support functional safety documentation

Ensure designs meet IEC 61511, ISA, and applicable client specifications

Maintain deliverable logs and ensure timely submission of documents

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Control Engineering

8+ years of experience in I&C engineering for oil & gas FEED/EPC projects

Working knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI/INtools) or similar

Familiarity with DCS, PLC, ESD/SIS systems and relevant standards (IEC 61511)

Good understanding of process systems and P&ID interpretation

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
