Purpose and ScopeSupport the Analytics team with executive reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical projects to inform commercial strategy and decision-making across the organization.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe project scope will vary as needed and may include the following:
- Executive Dashboards – Support the development and maintenance of executive-level dashboards.
- Business Intelligence Transition – Assist in transitioning reporting from Power BI to Tableau.
- Sales & Commercial Analytics – Conduct ad-hoc analysis of sales datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Presentation Support – Update presentations for Marketing, Sales, and the General Man
Other responsibilities include:
- Proactively initiate meetings to align on timelines and deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback to improve analytical outputs.
- Perform other analytics-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
Education & Experience
- Student pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Prior analytics or internship experience is an asset.
