- Utilise research instruments, quantitative and qualitative data to gather information on the business environment, market positioning and provide feedback to management (Business Environment Analysis)
- Implement processes to monitor the progress of improvement activities against action plans (Continuous Improvement Management)
- Analyse work systems and processes to propose ideas and support the implementation of innovation initiatives within the functional area (Innovation Management)
- Support execution of organisation’s business continuity measures (Business Continuity Planning)
- Identify, establish and maintain internal and external working-level stakeholder relationships to support organisational strategies and objectives (Networking)
