Internship – Sales Support & Commercial Coordination

Location: Paris

Duration: 6 months

Start date: July 2026

Reporting to: VP Sales

Context

SharkNinja is one of the fastest-growing brands in the small domestic appliance industry, with a strong pace of innovation and product launches across major retail partners including Fnac Darty, Boulanger, and other key accounts.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Support & Commercial Coordination Intern to strengthen the Sales team. This role is focused on commercial execution, product launch coordination, and sales administration support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the Sales team to focus on driving business performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Product Launch Coordination

Create and maintain product listings across customer platforms, internal databases, and business tools.

Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring all required information and assets are complete and delivered on time.

Collect, organize, and validate product assets, including imagery, product descriptions, and technical specifications.

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of information shared with customers.

Support internal and customer requests related to new product introductions.

  • Sales Team Support

Assist in preparing customer presentations, sales materials, and product updates.

Manage and structure commercial documentation, including offers, catalogues, and product assets.

Support the maintenance and reliability of sales tracking tools and reporting files.

  • Commercial Content Organization

Maintain and organize customer and product documentation.

Centralize key information regarding product launches, changes, and business priorities.

Improve existing tools and materials to enhance clarity, accessibility, and efficiency.

Contribute to best practices for information sharing and team organization.

  • Cross-Functional Projects

Support ad hoc commercial initiatives, product launches, and customer activations.

Conduct competitor and category monitoring, benchmarking, and market analysis.

Provide operational support on priority projects across the Sales organization.

Profile

Final-year student in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a commercial environment is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent English and French required.
