Role Description

Park Cities Angels is seeking a high-initiative, analytically driven intern to support our investment, market development, and event functions.

This is a part-time, unpaid, hybrid internship based in Dallas, TX. The expected commitment is 10–15 hours per week.

The intern will work closely with leadership and investment associates to:

• Assist in the evaluation and diligence of emerging startups
• Support deal sourcing and pipeline organization
• Conduct market sizing analyses and industry research
• Prepare reports, memos, and investment-ready presentations
• Support marketing initiatives and ecosystem engagement
• Help coordinate meetings, events, and member communications

This role offers hands-on exposure to angel investing, startup analysis, investor relations, and high-level networking within one of Dallas' most engaged private investor communities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Ability to build clear reports, summaries, and presentations

✔️ Strong time-management and ability to juggle multiple workstreams

✔️ Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, finance, or venture investing

✔️ Proactivity, self-motivation, and comfort working independently

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

✔️ Comfort using AI productivity tools
