INVESTMENT ADVISOR CONSULTANT - REMOTE

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Take this opportunity to enhance the network of Independent Financial Advisors, CPA's, and attorneys funneling clients to Rochdale. Engage meaningfully with high-net-worth investors interested in our investment services. Your role will be centered around developing collaborative relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, accounting firms, and estate planning firms to deliver top-tier investment management services. Your success will be measured by the growth of new assets under management.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and execute initiatives aimed at boosting both the quality and quantity of referrals from Independent Financial Advisors, CPA firms, and legal professionals.
  • Keep Independent Financial Advisors informed about our firm’s developments and industry trends.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to portfolio management.
  • Oversee the new accounts and account transfer process.
  • Manage communications with Independent Financial Advisors and clients.
  • Create impactful client presentations.
  • Engage regularly with centers of influence to confirm our offerings align with their expectations and requirements.
  • Conduct individual meetings and presentations within your designated area.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to generate new assets for the firm.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within Investment Management
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth clients
  • Over 2 years of delivering professional client presentations
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time
  • FINRA Series 65 (or 66), or ability to obtain necessary licenses

Additional Qualifications

  • CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst designation (or actively pursuing)
  • Highly competitive and goal-driven
  • Strong focus on sales and business development
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of portfolio management principles including investment techniques and asset allocation
  • Experience in the High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth market
  • Knowledge of financial planning and HNW economic issues along with the ability to apply portfolio management techniques efficiently
  • Proven success record in the HNW or UHNW markets
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate and recommend actions
  • Demonstrated highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Compensation Starting base salary ranges from $101,231 to $172,355 annually. Exact compensation will vary based on experience and skills. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions.
