We are on the lookout for experienced finance professionals who hold advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and have substantial professional experience to help shape the AI's understanding of crucial financial principles and decision-making processes. As we grow our team of finance experts, your opportunities for contribution will also expand. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and enhancing AI Assistant responses to inquiries about macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Utilizing your education and work experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of the AI Assistant's outputs.
- Challenging the models with complex real-world scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities.
- Providing clear, structured feedback to enhance the AI’s intelligence and reliability with each new version.
To be successful in this position, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related field. While a Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.
Benefits of this position:

Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Presenting AI chatbots with diverse, complex problems and assessing their solutions.
- Evaluating the output quality from AI models for accuracy and performance.
Qualifications include:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises relevant to financial management.
- A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
