ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to join its team and directly support investment and business development activities. This is a career-track opportunity offering hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, with direct access to senior partners and significant responsibility from day one. An MBA is not required for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initial review of investment opportunities and development of investment thesis and transaction structure
• Financial modeling and valuation comparable analysis
• Execution of comprehensive due diligence processes
• Participation in negotiations of acquisition documentation
• Preparation of Investment Committee materials and presentations
• Portfolio management support including attendance at portfolio company Board meetings
• Active participation in new business development and transaction sourcing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 to 3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Extensive knowledge of financial and operating models
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated with a desire to take on substantial responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a highly visible role and manage stress and pressure effectively
