Position Overview

Look Capital is seeking a high-potential Investment Analyst (Intern / Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team.

This role is designed for candidates who are passionate about financial markets and interested in developing a career in investment advisory and client solutions. You will work closely with senior Investment Counsellors and investment teams to support client portfolio analysis, product solutions, and market research.

For strong internship performers, this role offers a clear pathway to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Investment Counsellors in delivering portfolio analysis and client solutions
• Collaborate with investment counsellors and specialists
• Engage in research and analysis with market strategy and investment teams
• Assist in product pricing, performance tracking and reporting
• Assist in preparing client materials, including presentations and reports
• Assist with ad-hoc projects across investment team
• Utilize AI-based analytical tools to enhance research efficiency, information processing, and document preparation

Qualifications

For Interns

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with expected graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3–6 months preferred)

For Graduates

• Recent graduates (Class of 2025–2026) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree

General Requirements

• Strong interest in financial markets and investment advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong execution ability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with clients and stakeholders)
