Job Description

Role Overview - Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst (Trainee) to join our team in an analyst capacity, supporting middle-office investment and asset management functions. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Accounting, Finance, or Corporate Finance, who are looking to build a strong foundation in alternative investments and institutional asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support middle-office investment operations across Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Real Estate portfolios
• Assist in financial analysis, investment monitoring, and portfolio reporting
• Prepare and review financial models, performance reports, and investment documentation
• Support due diligence processes, including financial analysis and data compilation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on investment-related matters
• Maintain accurate investment records, reports, and internal documentation
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the investment team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with financial data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior internship or exposure to finance, investments, or corporate finance is an advantage but not required
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the alternative investment space
