Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients via outreach calls, in-person meetings, and strategic networking.
- Handle account opening processes and manage all KYC and regulatory documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Promote and cross-sell banking solutions such as remittances, home loans, and other financial products to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth transaction processing and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Address client concerns and complaints efficiently to minimize operational risk and enhance satisfaction.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including KYC, AML/CFT, and other compliance standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and support ad-hoc projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements • Diploma in any discipline.
- Solid understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
