Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-office 5 days per week)

We are partnering with a premier West Coast-focused industrial real estate investment firm to identify a high-caliber Associate for their Acquisitions/Investments team. The firm is lean, institutionally capitalized, and very active in their respective markets, presenting the future hire with ample deal reps and direct exposure to senior leadership.

As an Associate, you will support underwriting, due diligence, and analysis for industrial & self storage opportunities. The firm's fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment provides the candidate with opportunities to wear many hats and maintain multiple workstreams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the underwriting, financial evaluation, and applicable analyses for acquisitions and dispositions opportunities
• Assist with transaction execution and closing processes (eg due diligence, third party reports, etc.)
• Support investment memoranda, Investment Committee materials, and overall deal materials
• Prepare presentation materials and complete ad hoc requests per team needs

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of real estate investments or investment banking experience
• Strong Excel & Argus proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related
• Detail oriented, ambitious, and collaborative
