Investment Banker

Xnergy Financial is an international investment banking firm, headquartered in San Diego, CA. Xnergy Financial provides corporate finance and merger and acquisition services to middle-market companies.

We are looking for ambitious Investment Bankers to join our team. You must be an ambitious, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing a high level of customer service.

This position will work directly with the investment banking team on current and prospective projects. The successful candidate must be willing to reach out to a wide variety of potential investors and/or prospective clients (business looking for capital or looking to sell). It will be necessary to make high volume of calls and send emails on a daily basis. We will provide investors and companies.

Responsibilities:

· Actively reach out to investors

· Participate in transactions from origination to closing

· Raise capital for investment projects.

· Manage existing and develop new relationships with investors

· Interact with clients and potential investors

Required Skills

· Must be licensed in series 7 and 63 or series 79 plus series 63.

· Ability to Network and establish new client relationships

· Self-motivated, highly determined, learning based individual that is driven, with a proven track record of success in raising funds

• **Please note this is a commission only position. The company provides a very generous commission structure so there is a very high income potential. You MUST be licensed to be paid commissions. There is no base pay offered.
