impact the organization? Our Investment Banking team of over 350
bankers across North America focuses on servicing corporate finance
and financial advisory needs. We offer a comprehensive range of
capital markets services, including mergers & acquisitions,
public offerings, private placements, and syndication. Our advisory
services include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, fairness
opinions, and valuations. The Analyst / Associate role provides
significant business development and transaction experience. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, exceptional
communication and presentation skills, and academic excellence.
What will your responsibilities include? Collaborate with Analysts,
Conduct financial modeling, analysis, DCF, comparable company, and
precedent transaction analyses; Perform data analysis and industry
research; Build and maintain financial models and industry
Assist in preparing transaction documents, pitch-books, and company
profiles for business development. What can you expect from us? We

Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; Knowledge of finance
principles and capital markets; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment with
attention to detail; Excellent communication and relationship
management skills, including face-to-face, email,
videoconferencing, and phone etiquette; Ability to work
independently and in teams; Discretion in handling confidential
information; Proficiency in French is an asset. Educational and
experience requirements Undergraduate degree in business or related
field, or CFA / CA / CPA / CBV designation; 1-3 years of experience in
investment banking or related fields; Recent graduates encouraged
to apply; Experience with Capital IQ and Bloomberg is a plus. Our
