We emphasize in-person engagement, hands-on client exposure, and a highly interactive team culture.Position OverviewThis role is designed for professionals who have a clear passion for advising private company owners on sell-side M&A transactions. The position is a key contributor within small, client-focused deal teams and offers meaningful responsibility early on.The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance capabilities with the interpersonal skills required to work directly with business owners. Successful team members are intellectually curious, self-motivated, and energized by a collaborative environment. Compared to more traditional advisory firms, this role offers significant client interaction and exposure to senior decision-makers.Qualifications3+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, financial analysis, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with strong academic performanceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with financial databases, presentation tools, and due diligence platforms preferredExperience conducting primary and secondary researchStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfort presenting analysis and conclusions to internal teams and external stakeholdersRelevant FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7 or 79 and 63)Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed mindset with a strong desire to learn and growAbility to collaborate effectively across different experience levelsResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and analytical frameworksSupport the development of internal and client-facing presentation materialsConduct industry and market research, including transaction activity and buyer analysisExtract and analyze data from financial reporting systemsAssist in managing components of the due diligence process, including data roomsParticipate in client meetings and transaction discussionsProvide ongoing support to senior team members across live engagements
