Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate | Consumer

Our client, a leading full-service investment bank, is seeking to add a Senior Analyst to its Investment Banking Consumer Team. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing coverage platform that advises prominent consumer-facing companies across M&A, capital markets, and other strategic transactions.The role is ideal for an investment banking Senior Analyst or Associate with strong technical and execution experience who is looking to take on increased responsibility, work closely with senior bankers, and gain significant exposure to complex transactions within the consumer sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across the consumer vertical, including sell-side and buy-side advisory and capital raisesBuild and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement models, DCF analyses, LBOs, merger models, and valuation comparablesPrepare client-ready materials such as pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and board materialsConduct in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business development initiativesMentor and review work product of junior analysts as appropriateQualifications3-5years of prior investment banking experienceConsumer sector experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong generalist backgrounds are encouraged to applyDemonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction executionStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with senior bankers and clientsHighly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environmentIf you are interested in this role don't hesitate to apply with your resume!
