You'll support deal execution, strategic advisory engagements, and market research across a wide range sectors. The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for:Build, review and maintain detailed financial models Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial pitch through closing.Conduct in-depth industry research, company profiling, and competitive analyses. Prepare client presentations, transaction materials, investment memorandum, and internal documentation.Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, investors, and third-party partners.Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
