As a leading investment consulting firm, we support organizations in navigating investment complexities, defining risk tolerance, and enhancing governance. Our global practice provides expert advice to institutional investors, focusing on defined benefits and defined contribution plans in areas such as asset allocation, investment policy, investment manager evaluation, research, performance assessment, and additional investment inquiries.

The Role

As an Investment Consulting Analyst, you will collaborate with consultants to offer clients expert advice across a variety of investment-related services. This includes setting strategic investment objectives, devising asset allocation strategies, structuring investment management frameworks, selecting investment managers, measuring and evaluating performance, monitoring managers, selecting custodians, providing transition advice, drafting statements of investment policy, and conducting global research.

Qualifications:

The Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Progress towards CFA certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Able to work independently while effectively managing time and projects.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work within specified timelines.

Compensation and Benefits

We are providing base salary and benefits information for transparency in accordance with state/local regulations. Please note that salary may vary based on an individual’s location, competencies, educational background, certifications, experience, performance, and revenue-generating potential.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually.

This position is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
