Investment Data Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead modernization of research and portfolio analytics data, establishing scalable, history aware foundations and data products supporting quantitative research, back testing, performance analysis across the platform.

Own improvement of the team’s Python codebase by building shared libraries, increasing Snowflake adoption; optimizing performance, plus buildout of Tableau dashboards.

Required:

Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related technology-focused role within the equity asset management or Investment industry

• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL and Tableau/PowerBI
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong background in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), with a portfolio of impactful dashboards and analytics solutions

• Experience with statistical analysis is a plus
• Understanding the Investment Management process/life cycle is a plus
