Investment Fund Management Associate

Contribute as an Investment Fund Management Associate in a dynamic setting. Support audit processes, money moves, and fund pricing while engaging with various operational functions. In this full-time role based in Toronto, the successful candidate will enhance fund operations by managing money moves and overseeing audits. You will collaborate closely with third-party fund managers and internal teams to deliver timely services and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to learning. Key Responsibilities: • Manage fund custody accounts and money movements • Handle trade corrections and cancellations efficiently • Review and reconcile fund prices regularly • Assist in compliance reporting and audits • Liaise with internal teams and external providers Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in the investment sector • Proficiency in Excel essential • Strong organizational and communication skills • Initiative to work independently amidst a team • Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset Harness your skills in fund management and grow as part of a collaborative environment committed to excellence.
