Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Investment Funds Associate in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a strong background in commercial real estate law, focusing on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in various transactions.

Duties

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of office location.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
