Role Overview
This is a hybrid role designed for smart generalists. As an Analyst or Associate, you’ll wear multiple hats—from research and strategy to operations, project coordination, and internal support. You’ll work directly with firm leadership on both external opportunities and internal workflows, with exposure to crypto investments, ecosystem partnerships, and fund operations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years' experience), with strong research and communication skills, who is curious, aggressive, and eager to build in crypto full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thematic and project-level research across crypto/Web3 verticals
- Prepare internal briefs, industry updates, and strategic presentations
- Support operational tasks including fund workflows, data organization, and meeting prep
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across projects, founders, and vendors
- Assist in content creation, investor updates, and communications
- Cover light project management duties across incubation, events, and internal initiatives
- Support early investment diligence and founder outreach when needed
- Optional: Perform basic on-chain analytics and dashboards using AI/data tools
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field (consulting, Big Four, finance, startups, or VC)
- Graduate of a top-tier university with strong academic standing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong PowerPoint / memo writing ability
- Proficient with modern productivity tools (Google Suite, Notion, Airtable, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and often ambiguous environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized — you follow through
- Passionate about the crypto/Web3 space; ideally self-taught or building already
- Bonus: Familiar with basic on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham)
- Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups, research teams, or multi-functional roles
