Our client, a Top-tier PRC investment firm, is now looking for an Investment Management Manager/ Investment Operations Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Post-Investment Management for direct investment and co-investment: Regularly track the performance of the investment against established benchmarks by liaising with GPs and target companies. Analyse financial statements and KPIs to assess the health of the investment. Communicate promptly with the investment team and provide updates on progress, including calculating alternative investment portfolio returns and loss ratio metrics.
- Operations: Manage the payment of management fees and distribution returns for alternative direct and follow-on projects. Initiate and carry out post-investment operational activities, monitor and report on return statuses, and manage project ledgers for all invested direct and follow-on projects. Supervise the transfer and management of project documentation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze post-investment metrics for alternative investment projects and overall portfolio indicators. Provide historical cash flow data, project valuations, and performance analyses for various business lines.
- Post-investment reporting: Complete the submission of monthly and quarterly alternative post-investment data and reports. Address various daily analytical requests related to post-investment data for direct and follow-on projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in post-investment operations, investment management, or financial analysis related to alternative investments.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities in analysing business operation data to identify financial and operational risks.
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
