The Role

Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.

What you'll do

• Support and enhance the risk and regulatory framework, including identification, escalation and mitigation of operational risks
• Deliver risk monitoring, assessments and reporting, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accuracy across regional and global inputs
• Facilitate system access reviews, information security checks and business continuity planning activities
• Manage audit engagements and regulatory examinations, including internal reviews and control assessments (RCSA)
• Contribute to risk and regulatory initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with governance standards and compliance requirements

What you bring

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accountancy or a related field
• Experience in risk and control, investment management operations, project management or risk reporting
• Background in Big 4 consultancy, asset management or a Tier 1 investment bank
• Experience within Investment Management, Operations Risk, Audit, Compliance Testing, Regulatory risk or a similar control-focused environment
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, regulatory change delivery or project implementation
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Power BI or Alteryx desirable)
