Investment Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Investment Manager to join our team full-time. Based on-site in Sharjah, the Investment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, analyzing real estate market trends, and managing the company's portfolio of assets. Day-to-day tasks include risk assessment, financial analysis, and identifying profitable investment opportunities. The Investment Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on portfolio performance, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Investment Management and a deep understanding of various types of Investments
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess investment opportunities and market trends
• Proficiency in developing and executing effective Investment Strategies
• Solid understanding of Finance principles as applicable to real estate investments
• Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing a diverse investment portfolio
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in finance, economics, or business
• Familiarity with real estate markets in Sharjah and the surrounding region is a strong advantage.
