We are seeking a high-caliber Investor Relations Manager (USD Funds) to join our Hong Kong team. This role will be pivotal in managing global LP relationships, leading investor communications, and supporting ongoing fundraising and capital market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international LPs, including insurers, fund-of-funds, family offices, and sovereign-related institutions, as well as key onshore investors
- Lead investor engagement activities such as LP meetings, investor calls, one-on-one sessions, and due diligence processes
- Prepare high-quality investor materials, including quarterly and annual reports, performance presentations, and fundraising decks in both English and Chinese
- Translate complex investment developments (e.g., clinical progress, regulatory milestones, licensing activities) into clear and compelling investor narratives
- Support fundraising efforts across new fund launches, continuation vehicles, and capital restructuring initiatives, including roadshows, investor materials, and data room management
- Enhance and standardize IR processes, including reporting timelines, investor communications, and internal coordination workflows
- Manage and optimize LP databases and IR systems, ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and pipeline
- Ensure all investor communications are aligned with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with investment, finance, legal, and medical teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or LP-facing roles within USD private equity / venture capital, healthcare funds, or asset management platforms
- Solid track record in managing LP relationships, reporting cycles, fundraises, and due diligence processes
- Prior exposure to healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences investments is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related disciplines
- Native or near-native Mandarin and fluent English, with the ability to lead investor discussions and presentations independently
- Strong understanding of key fund metrics such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and NAV, with the ability to communicate them clearly
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Able to work across time zones and maintain a professional, composed, and investor-facing communication style
