With a highly research-driven culture and a team composed of top-tier talents from global institutions, the firm is now looking to strengthen its investment team in Hong Kong.
Role Overview
As an Investment Manager, you will play a key role in driving investment performance and strategy development across global markets. Depending on your background, this role can be aligned with portfolio management, quantitative research, or institutional client coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Option 1: Investment / Portfolio Management Track
- Develop and implement systematic or discretionary investment strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and optimize risk-return profiles
- Conduct in-depth market research across equities, futures, and multi-asset strategies
- Collaborate with research and trading teams to enhance models and execution
Option 2: Institutional / Client-Facing Track
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (family offices, asset managers, HNWIs)
- Support fundraising and capital raising initiatives in international markets
- Present investment strategies and performance to clients
- Work closely with investment team to align client needs with product offerings
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields)
- 3–10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, or proprietary trading firms
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
For Investment Track:
- Experience in quantitative research, portfolio management, or trading
- Strong analytical and programming skills (Python, C++, etc. preferred)
For Client-Facing Track:
- Proven track record in institutional sales / fundraising
- Existing network with investors in Southeast Asia or global markets is a strong plus
