Concept Properties is a vertically integrated real estate brokerage and development company. We buy, permit, build, and sell properties in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, and the surrounding metro. Over the last ten years, we've grown into one of Boston's most well known boutique firms, and now we're scaling our investment sales and acquisitions team to push deeper into the development market.

When you own the product you sell, you control your own pipeline, and opportunities begin to compound. Concept Properties has followed this philosophy successfully, and developed a track record to prove this model works at each step of the sales cycle.

How it works at Concept:

  • If you source a deal that fits our investment criteria, you're in the process from acquisition through resale, and you participate on both ends. During the resale cycle, our marketing team supports you, making sure our project sells on schedule.
  • If you source a deal that doesn't fit our criteria, you can open it up to your developer network and use our brand and track record to lock in the back-end sales for yourself. Our marketing team supports you, making sure your client has the best outcome for their project.

Either way, you build a book that compounds.
